DF services announce new Media Server interface and Distributors

Based in northern Ireland, DF services Ltd are a producer of high-end Media Servers for the customized install market. having recently updated its software front end, DF describe the new 3D UI as “a really distinct product and interface, blowing the competition out of the market”, (watch the video after the jump and decide for yourself). DF services have also just appointed AWE as their exclusive distributor in the UK.

“AWE has announced its appointment as the exclusive DF services distributor in the UK, following the hugely successful launch of the company’s media server range to AWE dealers earlier this Summer.

“This agreement with DF services is outstanding news for the whole CI market” says AWE’s Managing director Stuart Tickle. “It will offer an immediate increase for existing DF services customers who are searching for sales support, service and training. The strengthening of our relationship and the extra resources that we will put behind the DF services brand will undoubtedly help us grow the UK media server company for the benefit of all CI dealers.”

“AWE has done a great job because our initial agreement at the start of July” adds Jon Alway, Sales director at DF Solutions. “Now, it’s time to take things to the next stage. We are certain that with AWE offering award-winning training and support, availability from stock and the provision of credit report facilities, our customers will see immediate trading benefits and enhanced awareness and demand for our products”.

Effective from 2nd November 2009, the distribution agreement will see AWE take responsibility for all new and existing DF services authorised dealers, offering them with support and DF Solutions’ Base Media Server and link client products directly.
